Express Straw Supply
If a full trailer load of straw is ordered, our storage trailers may be kept on site free of charge.
Many straw supply services pile up bales outside covered by tarps. This not only wastes lots of money and labour, but will also leave a huge mess on the construction site that will need to be cleaned up. Our enclosed storage trailers will insure that straw is delivered dry and safe with no mess, leaving the winter construction site neat and well managed.
Efficient Straw Removal & Disposal
Our service eliminates the need to pile straw outside, which creates a mess and requires much more labour.
Our custom-built machines use vacuum mechanics to suck up straw directly from the basement into an enclosed truck, all in one procedure. We then dispose the straw in an environmentally-friendly manner. Nodis Ltd.'s straw removal service was developed to reduce the difficult labour problem and high waste disposal fees.

Nodis Ltd. has been supplying straw to companies in the home building industry to be used for frost protection. Straw is used to stop moisture and cold temperatures from reaching the foundation, preventing cracks and mold. Our service is different than most other companies due to our use of storage trailers, which are free to use for high volume sites. Our trailers save time and money by eliminating the use of tarps and by preventing bales from getting wet. Storing the straw in an enclosed trailer will also keep it safe and secure, giving less opportunity for vandalism and fire risk.
We have also been providing straw vacuuming and disposal services using our own custom-built machines for over 20 years. Our straw removal service was developed in response to requests from our customers to solve a difficult labour problem and high waste disposal fees. The work consists of connecting pipes from the vacuum machine outside a house down into the basement, then pitching straw into the pipe so it gets sucked up and blown into an enclosed trailer. The machines will make your work much more efficient than pitching straw into piles.
